I've walked beside clients with these and so many other problems for over twenty years, helping them find the life they've wanted but thought was out of reach, even impossible. 

I work hard to create a place of safety and trust where you can be honest with your thoughts and emotions, where your true self can come out without fear of judgment or shame. Together we can identify misbeliefs and self defeating behaviors so there can be true change. I will walk with you so you can find the life you've wanted. I offer Christian counseling if you request it.
